What is Artisfront PATTERNs?
Artisfront PATTERNs is a company focused on creating relevant prints, patterns & trends for all potential design professionals, manufacturers, artists, designers or even audience consumers to express themselves in a way of our reference tooling. You are able to buy designs patterns from our creative designer teams for use in your personal or commercial projects. Moreover, you can order a range of high quality and unique gift products by using our patterns.
Do I need to join?
To browse our pattern designs from our website, you don't need to join. However, if you want to purchase a pattern design or product, you might be asked to create an account. Joining enables us to know you better and to send you some new upscale pattern idea alert from time to time, receive our special offers occasionally.
How do I use Artisfront PATTERNs?
Once you have joined you are able to purchase any of the royalty-free Silver/Gold/Platinum Licenses and Diamond License Exclusive pattern designs and unique upscale gift products. All our transactions go through PayPal or major Credit Cards.
Can I use Artisfront PATTERNs design on products for resale i.e. on a T-shirt, mug, Stationery, Fabrics & cushion...etc?
If you are purchasing a design to use on a commercial product for resale, you will need to purchase the design as a Gold /Platinum or Diamond License. A Silver License design purchase does not allow using on products for resale. See our License info
What is Artisfront PATTERNs Diamond?
Diamond License Exclusive pattern designs are sold with a one-off exclusive license. Once a design is sold it is instantly removed from the web-site. To access and buy Diamond designs you simply need to create a free account and contact us separately.
Can I upgrade a Silver License design to a Diamond License exclusive design?
If you see a design that you would like to purchase for exclusive, as a Diamond License Exclusive, we can check if the design has been ever sold. Then you could have exclusivity and the License can be upgraded to Diamond License Exclusive. Contact us at info@artisfront.com and we will follow up with you.
Can I upgrade a Silver License design to a Gold License?
If you have purchased a Silver License (which does not allow the design to be used for commercial production/resale items) and you would like to use the design on commercial product, you will need to upgrade to a Gold License. Please email info@artisfront.com with your invoice details so we can organize the upgrade.
What file type will I receive?
If you purchase a Silver License on the Artisfront PATTERNs web-site you will receive a JPEG image file. This file can be opened in packages such as Adobe Photoshop.
Gold /Platinum License purchases (Items can be for Resale) now offers layered Adobe Photoshop PSD files or Adobe Illustrator/ AI files depending on the file type.
In the Diamond License Exclusive section of the site, you will receive the layered Adobe Photoshop document (PSD) or AI which will enable you to customize the design further. The PSD / AI files will be supplied within 24-48hrs usually.
Returns & Refunds on patterns?
Downloadable Silver/Gold/Platinum/Diamond License patterns are not returnable or refundable once they have been purchased /downloaded, for Royalty reasons.
